Home Life Advantage provides eligible clients with complimentary access to select home, entertaining, and lifestyle items as part of the Home Life Advantage experience. Items are provided for temporary personal use and must be returned according to the terms below.

Pickup & Return

Items must be picked up and returned during the scheduled pickup and return windows. Please return all borrowed items on time, clean, and in the same general condition in which they were received.

 

If you anticipate being unable to return an item as scheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. Late returns may be subject to a $25 per day late fee, particularly when a delayed return affects another client's scheduled use of the item.

 

Delivery or pickup assistance may be available upon request and may be subject to a separate service fee based on location and availability.

Damage, Loss & Replacement

​Borrowers are responsible for the care of items while in their possession and for returning them in substantially the same condition in which they were received, allowing for reasonable wear from proper use.

​

If an item is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the borrower may be responsible for the applicable damage or replacement fee shown on that item's page at the time it is reserved.

Please notify us promptly if an item is lost, damaged, malfunctioning, or otherwise becomes unsafe to use. Do not continue using an item that appears damaged or unsafe.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to other clients who may wish to use the item, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup whenever possible.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, please let us know as soon as possible so the item can be made available to another client.

Fees & Complimentary Access

​Certain optional services, such as delivery, pickup assistance, late returns, or costs associated with damage, loss, or replacement, may result in a fee as described in these terms or on the applicable item page.

By reserving and borrowing an item, you acknowledge and agree to these Borrowing Terms & Conditions and any applicable use or safety instructions provided with the item.
